We were proud to offer an IDC programme and IE in conjunction with PADI Asia/Pacific for some keen divemasters here in Port Vila in March.  We are delighted to report that Vanuatu now has two new OWSI Instructors.  Our Congratulations do to Bec and Dan for their achievement.
